This hot air balloon is one of only two air units available to the GLA. It comes with two RPG Troopers, which can fire on enemies from the skies. They can target ground as well as air units but can't evacuate from the balloon in case of emergency. Though vulnerable and slow, it is very cheap and of great strategic importance, since it forces opponents to bring along anti-air.
