Command Center

  • Cost: 2000
  • Requires: -

The Command Center is the central hub for all USA-S activities. It houses advanced communications systems, and will provide radar as long as the Command Center is still standing. Various generals abilities are also coordinated from this structure (see Generals abilities for more information).

Spy Satellite

  • Recharge time: 1:00

By using a network of spy satellites one can uncover a portion of the battlefield and reveal all enemy units and structures there, including those that are stealthed.

Cold Fusion Reactor

  • Cost: 900
  • Requires: -
  • Power output: 5 (20 when upgraded)

Cold Fusion Reactors provide power for other base buildings to run on. Although their power output is not high initially, they can be upgraded to provide additional power when the need arises.

Advanced Control Rods

  • Cost: 400

Advanced Control Rods help increase the efficiency of the power plant, adding another 15 points to its total power output.

Barracks

  • Cost: 600
  • Requires: -
  • Power consumption: 0

The Barracks is where USA-S infantry are trained in battle. Wounded soldiers can return to the Barracks to get medical treatments.

Supply Center

The Supply Center is the drop-off point for collected supplies, allowing Chinooks to safely return their cargo for processing. It comes with a free Chinook, and more Chinooks can also be produced from here.

War Factory

The War Factory is responsible for producing vehicles. It is also equipped with a repair station to provide maintenance for damaged vehicles.

Airfield

Airfields facilitate aircraft production, rearming and repair of USA-S aircraft. It is equipped with four hangars as well as a helipad for maintenance of any helicopters that may need it.

Strategy Center

The Strategy Center provides access to high-technology upgrades, as well as making more advanced weaponry available. It is the center of strategic operations, where global battleplans can be announced for all units to follow.

Bombardment Battle Plan

The Bombardment Battle Plan will give all ground units a 20% bonus to damage. In addition, the Strategy Center will deploy a heavy cannon to help defend its position against attack.

Hold The Line Battle Plan

The Hold The Line Battle Plan will reduce all damage done to ground units by 15%. In addition, the Strategy Center will fortify itself with additional walls, effectively doubling its resilience against attack.

Search And Destroy Battle Plan

The Search And Destroy Battle Plan will increase both the sight range and weapon range of all ground units by 20%. In addition, the Strategy Center will deploy sensors that not only double its sight range, but also help detect nearby stealthed units.

Intelligence

  • Recharge time: 5:00

The Intelligence ability allows a commander to temporarily reveal the locations of all enemy units on the battlefield.

Supply Drop Zone

When built, the Supply Drop Zone will call in a plane full of supplies every two minutes. A complete load of supplies is worth $1500 once dropped.

Advanced Particle Cannon

The Advanced Particle Cannon is General Alexander's most powerful weapon, and does even more damage and can fire for longer periods than its counterparts of other USA factions. Combined with space-based beam reflection satellites it is capable of destroying almost any target in the field.

Advanced Particle Uplink Cannon

  • Recharge time: 4:00

When fired, the Advanced Particle Cannon will direct a concentrated beam of high-energy particles into space. There, a satellite in orbit will reflect the beam and direct it onto the target, generating enough heat on impact to destroy all but the most fortified structures. The targeting satellite can be adjusted while firing, allowing a commander to slowly move the particle beam over the ground from one target to the next as it fires.

EMP Patriot System

The EMP Patriot System is a modification of the standard USA Patriot Missile System, and is capable of firing advanced missiles that generate powerful electromagnetic pulses on detonation. These pulses are powerful enough to disable any mechanical target for several seconds, allowing the Patriot System to fire at the target completely unchallenged. Helicopters will be even worse off, as they are instantly disabled and crash to the ground when hit head-on by one of these missiles.

Popup Patriot Missile System

Another modification of the original Patriot system, this defence has its launcher hidden inside a protective shell and is invisible to enemy forces unless detected or when it fires. When ordered to attack, there will be a brief delay while the launcher unfolds and targets the enemy, giving it the appearance of 'popping up' out of thin air. However its targeting systems are very advanced, and are capable of even locking onto individual soldiers.

Fortified Fire Base

The Fortified Fire Base, like its more basic USA counterpart, is equipped with a powerful howitzer that can fire shells at enemy units from long range. However the Fortified Fire Base can take substantially more damage than the regular Fire Base, and it also has room for a fifth soldier to garrison. Like the regular Fire Base, the Fortified Fire Base heals wounded soldiers garrisoned inside it.
