General Shin Fai is nicknamed 'the Anvil' by his troops, and for good reason. His harsh but effective training has produced the finest men in the Chinese army, and with his personnel-carried weaponry they can easily rival armoured vehicles in the field. Fai's ranks are vast, highly loyal and almost fanatical for his command, and using the immense population of China to his advantage he may well be almost unstoppable. But even in an army of millions, sometimes troops need to take cover. And for this reason he has an array of useful vehicles, aircraft and structures, specifically fortified to protect his swarms while they take on anything that would challenge the patriotism of the people.
