ShockWave/Factions/General Ironside - Vehicles

Ranger

  • Cost: 280
  • Trained at: Barracks

Ironside's Ranger is well-equipped, sporting both better armour and a heavier gun than his counterpart of other USA factions. Because of this added weight however, Ironside's rangers are unable to deploy flash-bang grenades in battle.

  • Weak Against: Anti-Infantry Vehicles, Helicopters, Aircraft

Capture Building

Orders the Ranger to capture a building, to be used for the USA's forces.

Javelin Soldier

  • Cost: 450
  • Trained at: Barracks
  • Requires: -

The Javelin Soldier is Ironside's answer to enemy armor. It has longer range and does more damage than other rocket troopers, but has a lower rate of fire than a normal Missile Defender. It cannot target air units.

  • Weak Against: Anti-Infantry Vehicles, Infantry, Helicopters, Aircraft

Blue Arrow Defender

  • Cost: 200
  • Trained at: Barracks
  • Requires: -

The Blue Arrow is Ironside's anti-air infantry. They are very effective against anything airborne, quickly taking down whatever comes near. They can also target ground units, but they do little damage to them, and the missiles do not track their targets on the ground.

  • Weak Against: Anti-Infantry Vehicles, Infantry, Helicopters, Aircraft

Colonel Burton

Armed with an anti-material rifle, Ironside's Colonel Burton is the jack-of-all-trades. He can snipe infantry, and damage light vehicles and tanks alike. He can place timed and remote demo charges on structures and vehicles. He can also be upgraded to use high-explosive sniper rounds, which allow him to destroy most vehicles in one shot from long range.

  • Weak Against: Anti-Infantry Vehicles, Helicopters, Aircraft

Anti Material Rifle

Selects the Anti Material Rifle. This weapon is most suited for attacking infantry, though it is pretty effective against vehicles and structures as well.

Knife

Selects the knife, for making stealthy infantry kills.

High Explosive Round

Selects High Explosive Rounds, which are extremely effective against vehicles and structures. They take a while to reload, however.

Timed Demo Charge

Places a timed demo charge on the selected target. The charge will detonate after twenty seconds.

Remote Demo Charge

Places a remote demo charge on the selected target. The charge will not detonate until the Detonate Charges ability is used. If Colonel Burton is killed before he detonates them, any placed remote demo charges will disappear.

Detonate Charges

Immediately detonates all Remote Demo Charges that have been placed.
