In the eyes of General Ta Hun Kwai, the Chinese army has only one true future and that is in the employment of heavily armoured vehicles as its primary means of assault. Kwai's tanks have been modified and improved extensively, and even in their basic form they pose a serious threat to anything standing in their way. Being both cheaper to produce and more efficient, his tanks can easily roll over anything but the most fortified positions, blasting their way through enemy ranks with ease. Kwai's main weakness though is his inability to engage targets from afar, relying on overwhelming amounts of tanks to crush any opposition face to face, close and personal. It has been said that his complete lack of any effective artillery will be his undoing, but with the mightiest tanks of the people's army at your disposal, how is artillery going to make a difference?
