Nuclear Red Guard
 |
Trained in pairs, the Red Guard forms the backbone of China's infantry legions. Armed with a bolt-action rifle, Red Guards don't fire very rapidly but do good damage against ground units. In groups, they gain a Horde Bonus which increases their rate of fire. Big groups of Red Guards can be a serious threat even to armored vehicles. Tao's Red Guard uses extra-powerful ammunition, making them do more damage. In addition, the Radiation Warheads upgrade fits all of Tao's Red Guard with radiation grenades.

Orders the Red Guard to capture a building, to be used for China's forces. Radiation Grenade

Nuclear Tank Hunter

A Tank Hunter's main job is to destroy enemy vehicles with his rocket launcher, but he is effective against aircraft and buildings aswell. In groups, they gain a Horde Bonus which increases their rate of fire. Tank Hunters are also armed with a TNT charge which they can place on enemy buildings and vehicles. These charges can not be removed by any means, and detonate after ten seconds. Tao's Tank Hunters do more damage, and the Radiation Warheads upgrade makes their rockets create pockets of radiation wherever they hit.

Nuclear Siege Soldier

Infantry equipped with a mortar that allows Chinese generals to attack a base from afar without using high-tech vehicles. The mortar's shells are effective against infantry, tanks and buildings and can take out static defenses from a safe distance. The Flare Mortars upgrade allows the Siege Soldier to fire flares, which distract enemy missiles from their targets and protect your vehicles. The Radiation Warheads upgrade makes their mortars create pockets of radiation wherever they hit.
Ground Attack The unit fires its mortar at a specific location. All artillery units in ShockWave have this ability. Fire Flare Mortar
The Siege Soldier fires a flare at a specific location. The flare will disrupt incoming enemy missiles for a while, providing some additional cover for friendly ground forces. |
Nuclear Hacker

Hacks into non-Swiss banks to steal money and uses computer viruses to disable buildings. The Nuclear Hacker is also armed with a suitcase nuke which he can plant to create a big explosion.
Suitcase Nuke Plants a powerful explosive charge. Hack Internet The Hacker sits down and deploys his laptop in order to hack money from the internet. Generates a constant stream of money and experience for the Hacker, but the Hacker is undefended. |
Nuclear Black Lotus

Chinese hero unit; highly experienced hacker, able to shut down buildings and vehicles, remotely capture buildings and hack enemy communications to call in an airstrike. In addition, she is able to plant a suitcase nuke to demolish buildings and vehicles.
Capture Building Black Lotus hacks into an enemy building and assumes control of it. Disable Vehicle Black Lotus uses a computer virus to disable a vehicle's electronics. Cash Hack Black Lotus hacks into an enemy Supply Center and steals up to $1000 from the enemy. Disable Building Black Lotus disables a building using a strong computer virus. System Hack
Targets a nearby area and calls in a random air strike: either 2 Iron Dragons, a level 2 Demo Trap Carpet Bombing or an A-10. Lotus remains stealthed while using this ability. Suitcase NukePlants a powerful explosive charge. |
